Planning a meeting or gathering at EdenRidge

​The meeting room, located inside the EdenRidge Welcome Center, is available to churches, ministries, businesses, and families looking for a beautiful setting to host meetings and gatherings of 25 to 50.
​
​Included with your rental:

Use of the kitchen for serving purposes only.

Coffee, tea, and water

Use of four restrooms (2 standard, 1 family, and 1 ADA)

Use of the Grand Lobby for relaxation and informal gatherings

Room preparation: The standard layout is four round tables, each with eight chairs, for a total of 32 chairs. 16 additional chairs and four 4' x 8' tables are available upon request. If you haven't filled out the Meeting Room Planning Form yet, or if you need to submit any changes, please fill out the form here.

Food: For a list of caterers in the area, please email us at rest@edenridge.org. Please note that use of the kitchen is for serving purposes only. If you haven't filled out the Meeting Room Planning Form yet, or if you need to submit any changes, please fill out the form here.
Reservation changes: If you need to change your reservation, please contact us at rest@edenridge.org. If the change reduces the number of days or pushes back your arrival date, the cancellation rules will apply (see below).

Reservation cancellations: ​Cancellations made 30 or more days from your arrival date will receive a 100% credit towards the future use of the meeting room. Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date are not eligible for a credit. Please email us at rest@edenridge.org to let us know if you need to cancel your reservation.

Mission to Missionaries Statement of Faith: We believe 1) In one God eternally existent in the Trinity: God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit. 2) That God sent his only begotten Son to redeem us and forgive us of our sins, transgressions and iniquities through the substitutionary atonement of Jesus Christ, Who was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, was crucified, was buried, rose again, ascended to heaven and is now sitting at the right hand of God the Father. 3) In the Bible as the inspired and infallible Word of God. 4) In the Church as the body of all believers who have put their trust in Jesus Christ. 5) That the goal of believers is to glorify God and proclaim the good news of God’s salvation to the world.

EdenRidge Policies: 1) Smoking is not allowed on the premises. 2) Pets are not allowed. 3) Candles and open flames are not allowed. 5) The furniture (other than the tables and chairs) may not be rearranged. 6) Use of the room normally starts at 10 am and ends at 10 pm (contact us for special requests). 7) Alcohol is not allowed in the Welcome Center.

Internet access: Wi-Fi is available at the Welcome Center.
​
Fairfield Glade Resort: While you are at EdenRidge, you will have access to Fairfield Glade amenities (pools, beaches, golfing, tennis, etc.) just 10 minutes from EdenRidge. Information about fees, further details, and instructions to request passes is available here.
