Christ-Centered: A cohering core value of our guiding vision is a call to faith, a call to be Christ-centered in all that we are and in all that we do. We will strive to provide a refuge where men and women serving our Lord can be restored in a restful and respectful atmosphere in appreciation of God, His creation and His grace. We will seek to enhance and improve all aspects of hospitality based on the Word of God with a firm commitment to Christ and His Kingdom. To be a Christ-centered facility calls for us to establish the priority of hospitable service and excellent facilities that will promote rest and recuperation to better enable missionaries to present Christ in their work around the world. This commitment calls for all involved to integrate and reflect Christian faith and values in our daily activities and contacts with God’s missionaries.

Missionary-Focused: A foundational principle on which we will build our commitments is the core value of being missionary-focused. At the heart of our commitment to being missionary-focused is the visible demonstration of valuing one another. We will give honor to one another and to this ministry through our words and actions, and by valuing each person’s God-given gifts and uniqueness, thereby jointly promoting the success of Mission to Missionaries’ efforts to serve and support His missionaries and each other.

Excellence-Driven: We believe that excellence, not mere conciliation, must be at the heart and soul of everything we do in service to our Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus. We are not motivated to excellence out of pride but out of a desire to do all things for God’s glory because He cares about our work and wants to be involved in everything we do. We will not be satisfied with mediocrity, but will pursue excellence in all things related to this ministry and will always support and promote modifications that enhance our facilities and services. This means our claims to truth carry with them the challenge and responsibility of living out that truth in the minutes and hours of daily life by our volunteers, staff and board members. In everything we do, we will pursue excellence, without arrogance, for the sake of the Name which is above every name.

Future-Directed: We will seek to maximize the windows of opportunity the Lord has presented to us to the greatest degree that resources allow. All of our resources and efforts must, by God’s grace, be maximized to fulfill our common mission. A commitment to being future directed means we want to have a short-term focus and a long-term view. We will make improvements as the Lord brings them to our attention as needed to better serve and enhance our guests’ experiences. We want to involve ourselves in efforts that prepare us effectively to impact the world of the 21st and future Centuries.
