EdenRidge is a truly special place to serve, filled with purpose, natural beauty, and an incredible community of people.

As we enter an exciting season of growth, expanding our facilities and services to welcome even more missionaries, pastors, Christian workers, and their families from around the world, we are also looking to grow our team.

While we occasionally have part-time paid positions available, our long-term vision is to build a team of full-time, supported missionaries who feel called to serve those who serve around the world.

Current Opportunities

We are currently seeking individuals who are passionate about serving missionaries, pastors, and ministry leaders in the following areas:

• Development Manager – Help strengthen and expand the financial support base that makes the ministry of EdenRidge possible, cultivating relationships with individuals, churches, foundations, and other ministry partners.

• Mission Representatives – Represent EdenRidge in churches, communities, and ministry networks, building relationships and sharing the vision, mission, and impact of EdenRidge.

• Construction Manager – Oversee construction and expansion projects while helping guide the development of future ministry infrastructure. Coordinate contractors, volunteers, schedules, and project execution to ensure quality workmanship and the timely completion of projects that support the mission of EdenRidge.

• Hospitality Manager – Help create an exceptional experience for every EdenRidge guest by overseeing hospitality-related services and ensuring that missionaries, pastors, Christian workers, and their families are welcomed and cared for throughout their stay.​

How Supported Missionary Roles Work

EdenRidge operates with a no-fee support structure. Supported missionaries raise their own financial support and are responsible for their personal expenses, including taxes and benefits. EdenRidge does not deduct a percentage of the support raised for administrative fees. This structure applies to all supported missionary staff roles.
