EdenRidge is a truly special place to serve—full of purpose, beauty, and great company! As we move into an exciting season of growth, expanding our facilities and services to welcome missionaries, pastors, and Christian workers from around the world, we are also looking to expand our staff.
While we can offer some part-time paid positions, our long-term vision is to bring on full-time supported missionaries.

EdenRidge has a no-fee structure: missionaries raise their own support and cover their personal expenses, including taxes and benefits, but EdenRidge does not deduct any percentage for administrative fees. This policy applies to all of our staff roles.
Current Opportunities
We are currently seeking individuals who are passionate about serving missionaries, pastors, and ministry leaders in the following roles:

Development Manager – Help strengthen and expand the financial support base that makes EdenRidge's ministry possible.

Mission Representatives – Build relationships with churches, supporters, and ministry partners while sharing the vision and impact of EdenRidge.

Construction Manager – Oversee construction projects while helping guide the development of future ministry infrastructure. Coordinate contractors, volunteers, schedules, and project execution to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of projects that support the mission of EdenRidge.
