Group Reservations
Planning a Retreat, Family Reunion, Ministry Gathering, or Other Group Event at EdenRidge?
Depending on your group's sleeping arrangements, EdenRidge offers seven cabins with a total of 13 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Together, they can comfortably accommodate approximately 25 guests, with additional flexibility available through the bunk room in Cabin 7. Please refer to our Guest Facilities page for information and details about each cabin.
How to Make a Group Reservation
If your group will be reserving four or more cabins and your stay is more than 90 days away, we’ll take care of making the reservation for you. A $500 deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 90 days before your arrival. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Contact Us About Your Dates
Email us at rest@edenridge.org with the dates you are considering, the approximate number of guests, and any other details you already know about your group. We’ll work with you to confirm availability and determine which cabins will best accommodate your group.
Step 2: Make Your $500 Deposit
Once your dates have been confirmed, you can make the $500 group reservation deposit here:
After making your deposit, please send us a quick email at rest@edenridge.org to let us know. This will help us process your reservation as quickly as possible.
Step 3: We’ll Make Your Reservation
Once we receive your deposit, we will make the reservation for you. We’ll then send you a confirmation email with your reservation details, remaining balance, and the date your final payment is due.

Payment, Changes, and Cancellations

If your plans change, your reservation may be modified or canceled up to 30 days before arrival. If cancelling, any payments made, including your initial deposit and any balance paid, will be applied as a credit toward a future reservation.

Because group reservations require us to hold multiple cabins and decline other booking opportunities, credits are not available for cancellations or changes made within 30 days of your arrival date.
Food Service
If you plan to use our food services, please let us know at least 90 days prior to your arrival so we can coordinate with our food services team.
Meeting and Gathering Setup
Please let us know if you require any special accommodations for the setup of the meeting room (if applicable), Cabin 7 (if applicable), or any other group gathering spaces. This will help us ensure everything is arranged to best meet your group's needs.
